Drop Forged Conveyor Chains

AMH manufactures and sells a complete range of Drop Forged conveyor
chains with sizes ranging from 102mm to 260mm pitch. Our chains are made of a special heat treated alloy steel, case hardened to 55- 62 RC with a case depth of 0.040". AMH manufactures chains specific for each
application with different flight and pin configurations. All the components combine to provide the most cost effective, durable and long lasting product on the market.

Drop Forged Chain Sprockets

AHM drive sprockets are manufactured using abrasion resistant 400 BHN
plate and are precision machined. Sprockets are supplied complete with
all the installation hardware. Our sprockets are supplied as bolt on
segments for easy field installation. Sprocket segments can be ordered
with either symmetrical or non-symmetrical tooth profiles. We can also
make custom sprockets to suit your specific application.

Drop Forged Chain Solid And Split Hubs

AHM precision machines each hub either spilt or solid out of mild steel
plate. We can design custom split hub components for retro-fit
applications that will minimize maintenance costs.

Drop Forged Chain Idlers

AMH manufactures solid and bolt-on replacement idlers using abrasion
resistant 400 BHN plate and mild steel hubs.

Mining Chains & Accessories

AMH mining and longwall chains are manufactured in accordance to DIN
22252:200I standards. These chains are manufactured using a high alloy
steel and heat treated to the range of 470-515 BHN. Single bolt and
double bolt connectors are available. Flight attachments are made to
order.

Mining Chain Sprockets

Our mining chain sprockets are cast using high alloy steel that is
quench and tempered to 380- 400 BHN. Sprockets are custom machined to suit mild steel hubs. Sprockets can be supplied as solid, split or
bolt-on. AMH also manufactures idlers out of 400 BHN plate for these
types of chains.

Rivetless Chains & Accessories

AMH rivetless chains are manufactured in accordance with ANSI B29.22M standard. These chains are forged in high alloy heat treated steel. Chains are also available in high temperature and food grade stainless steel. AHM manufactures a wide range of attachments such as S22, K2 and A53, in either fabricated or cast design. We can design and build attachments custom for your application.

Rivetless Chain Sprockets

AHM rivetless chain sprockets can be manufactured using a standard
design or with a machined relief area which keeps the chain from riding
out of the pocket and preventing premature wear. Our sprockets and tail
idlers are manufactured by combining a standard abrasion resistant 400
BHN plate and mild steel hub.

Boiler Grate Castings

AMH manufactures GTS Energy System Boiler grate castings from heat
resistant stainless steel. These include Side plates, Full Lap, Half
Lap, and End Plates. Our replacement grates are made in accordance to
ASTM 297 and we can offer several material grades varying from HC to HN depending on the operation temperature of your boiler. We manufacture these castings in the lost wax process, this enables us to maintain tight tolerances and smooth surface finishes. We also manufacture several other styles of grates for various boilers.

PORT RODDER TIPS

These castings are replacement tips for cleaning the air flow ports in a recover boiler. They are manufactured using ASTM 297 Grade HN heat resistant stainless steel. AMH has made these using the lox wax investment casting process to reduce machining costs and improve the overall casting.

Cast Alloy Mill and Drag Chain

We offer several custom designed chains with various attachments as well as standard chains such as: H124, C132, and H132 Mill Chain, HD480 Drag Chain, HD680 Drag Chain. The chains are available in Alloy 8630 QT380-400 material as well as Hatfeild Manganese ASTM 128. The chains are assembled using machined 4140 through hardened pins with riveted construction.

Square Profile Long Link Chain

We offer several sizes of chain 1-1/8X2X6, 1-1/4X2X6 as well as 1-1/2X2-1/4X8. These chains are cast Manganese or Alloy and can be assembled with either series 400 double tang flights or cast integral 300 series flights. These chains are the square profile type to allow for greater life due to increased contact area between links.
