Drop Forged Chain Sprockets
AMH drive sprockets are manufactured using abrasion resistant 400 BHN plate and are precision machined. Sprockets are supplied complete with all the installation hardware. Our sprockets are supplied as bolt-on segments for easy field installation. Sprocket segments can be ordered
with either symmetrical or non-symmetrical tooth profiles. We can also make custom sprockets to suit your specific application.
Drop Forged Chain Solid And Split Hubs
AMH precision machines each hub either split or solid out of mild steel plate. We can design custom split hub components for retro-fit applications that will minimize maintenance costs.
Drop Forged Chain Idlers
AMH manufactures solid and bolt-on replacement idlers using abrasion resistant 400 BHN plate and mild steel hubs
Mining Chain Sprockets
Our mining chain sprockets are cast using high alloy steel that is quenched and tempered to 380- 400 BHN. Sprockets are custom machined to suit mild steel hubs. Sprockets can be supplied as solid, split or bolt-on.
Rivetless Chain Sprockets
AMH rivetless chain sprockets can be manufactured using a standard design or with a machined relief area that keeps the chain from riding out of the pocket, and prevents premature wear. Our sprockets and tail idlers are manufactured by combining a standard abrasion resistant 400
BHN plate and mild steel hub.
Rivetless Chain Tail Drum Idler
This idler was manufactured to suit dual strand chain on the tail end of a hog fuel cross feed conveyor. To withstand the abrasive nature of the redwood hog fuel, this was constructed with AR400 BHN wear plate.
Double Strand Hold Down Wheels
AMH double strand hold down wheels for 14mm x 50mm chain. These are installed on the incline section of ash handling conveyors to ensure the chain flights are always in contact with the bottom wear plate. The idlers are precision machined out of AR400 BHN plate for greater resistance to wear in the abrasive environment.
Head Shaft Assembly
AMH double strand 14mm x 50mm head shaft assembly for a submerged ash conveyor. The sprockets are cast Alloy 8630 quench and tempered to 350-380 BHN installed on an AISI 4140 shaft.
